I don't know if this question is that simple...do you mean just putting text on an image. Is there more?
Press T or click on the Text Icon which looks like a the letter T. And click on the image. Start typing.
i want to type in text using a special font, but when i paste what i typed in a word document, the font i chose is not reflected. waht am i doing wrong?
In order to use a special font in word document you need to download and install it into word otherwise the text will default to the type such as times new roman. There are many free sites where you can download all kinds of custom fonts. Hope this helps!

What do you mean there is a line going through your text? A solid line? A blue line, dotted, etc.? Are you using Microsoft Word, Photoshop, or Illustrator?
