You can also try to use Pinch (Filter > Distort > Pinch) filter, it will does the same effect but with better result.

its very easy... bring the fish image on top of word fish (layers are required).. select the fish image and press command (control in pc)+alt and press G or goto layers menu and select 'create clipping mask'... wala... its done...
